1. Scope of Service
AtoZ Furnishers (AtoZ Furnishers Pvt. Ltd.) provides high-end soft furnishings, custom-fitted curtains, motorized window blinds, and custom hardware fittings. We sell only what is represented in our official, curated trade catalogs. We do not provide mill-customized raw manufacturing or mill sizing; all fabrics and profiles are fitted to standard catalog guidelines.
2. Measurement & Fitting Orders
All drapery pleats, motorized track assemblies, and hardware packages are custom-fitted to your home's unique dimensions. Once a physical measurement profile is confirmed on-site and the catalog materials are dispatched for tailoring, orders cannot be canceled or modified. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the specifications in the draft quotation match their design intent.
3. Professional Installation
Certified in-house technicians handle on-site installation schedules. Customers must ensure that the installation site is cleared and ready for our technical teams at the scheduled time. AtoZ Furnishers is not liable for installation delays caused by site unpreparedness or structural structural deviations.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand identity, website content, images, and catalog layouts are the exclusive property of AtoZ Furnishers. The names "AtoZ Furnishers," "VL Fabrics," and "VL Blinds" are protected trademarks. Any unauthorized reproduction of our editorial collections or trade patterns is strictly prohibited.
5. B2B & Architect Accounts
Partners participating in our trade program must maintain high professional standards. Invoices issued to B2B partners are subject to standard payment schedules as detailed in the trade agreement. Failure to comply may result in suspension from our wholesale priority fulfillment pipeline.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from orders, custom fittings, or showroom services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
